1. About this site
This website (the "Site") is operated by Vaulted Gems ("Vaulted Gems", "we", "us"). The Site publishes informational manifests for professionally graded and sealed Pokémon TCG single-card series manufactured by Vaulted Gems. The Site is not a marketplace; no purchases are transacted on this Site.
2. Manifest accuracy and finalization
Series manifests are published in good faith and are accurate as of their publication date. When a series is marked as finalized on its manifest page, the number of sealed products in that series and the individual items contained in the series will not be changed thereafter.
Grades displayed on the Site (e.g. "PSA 10") are grades assigned by Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), an independent third party. Vaulted Gems does not issue grades and does not warrant the correctness of any grade assigned by PSA.
3. No investment advice; no value guarantee
Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, or collectibles-market advice. Vaulted Gems does not warrant, project, or guarantee the current, future, resale, or market value of any card or sealed product listed on the Site.
4. Intellectual property
All text, graphics, photography, and packaging renders on the Site are the property of Vaulted Gems or its licensors. "Pokémon" and related trade names, character names, and imagery are the property of their respective owners; Vaulted Gems is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., or GAME FREAK inc. All third-party trademarks are used solely for identification of resale items.
You may not copy, scrape, or republish manifest data or Site content for commercial purposes without written permission.
5. Third-party platforms
Vaulted Gems products may be distributed and sold by third-party sellers on live-commerce platforms. Vaulted Gems is the manufacturer of the sealed products; the sale, fulfillment, and buyer support for any individual transaction is the responsibility of the seller and the platform on which the sale occurs, subject to that platform's terms.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Vaulted Gems does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaulted Gems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
